1. Use of Our Services

By booking an appointment or purchasing products through our website, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for ensuring the confidentiality of your account and any actions taken under your account.

2. Bookings and Cancellations

Any weekend appointments are to be paid in full at the time of booking and are non refundable. Bookings can be changed once only with 48hrs notice.

All semi permanent make up services are a two part treatment process and a 4-6 week top and perfection session is required. Failing to come in the advised time frame can incur extra charges due to pigment loss and retention.

Anti wrinkle reviews and top ups are 2 weeks after your initial treatment.

Anything over this forfeits any top up that maybe needed to complete your treatment. Top ups aren't always required and it's down to the practitioners discretion.

If any changes need to be made to your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance in order to avoid additional charges Arriving late will cut into your appointment time and may result in additional charges if your appointment has to be cancelled.

For safety purposes we do not permit children in the salon.

Booking fees are non refundable but can be changed once with 48 hrs notice. Anything less than this will result in forfeiting your deposit and payment for treatment will be required in full.

3. Payments and Refunds

A booking fee will be taken on our website to confirm your service, this fee is non refundable. Payments for services can be made online or in-store. Refunds for services or products will be issued at our discretion. Please contact us for any refund inquiries.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the intellectual property of Face Boss and is protected by copyright law. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute this content without our permission.

5. Liability

We strive to provide high-quality services, but we do not guarantee that our services will meet all your expectations. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Face Boss will not be held liable for any damages arising from the use of our services or website.
